Super Falcons head coach Justine Madugu says the team is fully focused on winning the title after booking a place in the final of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
Nigeria defeated holders Banyana Banyana of South Africa in Tuesday’s semi‑final with a late winner from Michelle Alozie.

Madugu noted that the Falcons approached the semi‑final with a clear plan, knowing the defending champions would be tough opponents.
He assured that the team will maintain full concentration as they prepare for the decisive match in Rabat on Saturday.
Showdown in Rabat
The Falcons will face hosts Morocco at the Olympic Stadium from 9pm on Saturday in what has been described as the most anticipated match of WAFCON 2024.
It will be the fourth meeting between both nations at the finals, with Nigeria having won twice and Morocco once.

Madugu’s side has scored 11 goals and conceded just once in the tournament — a penalty by Linda Motlhalo in the semi‑final as South Africa tried to fight back in Casablanca.
